Board Member Bios

Gaylyn Kinnett has over 25 years in real estate related business. She owned a property management company with over 3000 properties under contract and currently is the broker of an independent brokerage company. Her vast knowledge of real estate and her inherent desires to keep property values high is a great benefit to the PDA community.

Jason Frenn has served as a missionary in Central America for 17 years. His vast experience with non-profit organizations enable him to serve PDA with a heart of compassion. As an author and speaker, he has a wonderful reputation as a great communicator.

E. C. “Bill” Dearing is vice president of the Provence d‘ Aliso board. He is a business consultant specializing in the flooring business. He is currently launching TORLYS Inc. (a European and Canadian Company) into the USA. He is the author of Te Waza; A Novel of the Martial Arts.

Michael Perlongo has over 20 years in engineering research and development and production experience. He is a previous HOA President and small business owner. He enjoys gardening, running, and food/wine. He also is actively involved in mentoring younger engineers.

Melissa Murphy worked in the Printing and Advertising field for over 15 years. Melissa has served as a VP on the HOA Board of her previous home. Melissa is an at-home Mom that enjoys being a Daisy Scout Leader and being an active PTA volunteer.
